You can do those hard things so much easier if you’re connected to someone who can help you make sense of it all.

Carrington Practice

Our team is strong, kind, and insightful, and made up of those who I have had the privilege of selecting, supervising, and mentoring. Each registered therapist has a clinical background and is highly skilled in relationship-focussed, trauma-informed practice. They all bring a unique skill set to the Carrington Practice that allows for consultation and collaboration when necessary. I’d love you to meet them.

Jody Carrington

PhD Clinical Psychology

Human connections shape neural connections. Through the relationships that young children have with their caregivers, they begin to develop the “story” of themselves and others around them. They decide two things: if they are worthy of love and support and if they are capable and competent beings. When they have these things in place, they have a much greater chance of developing into strong and healthy adults. The good news is that it’s never too late to develop these skills; to develop (or redevelop) strong and meaningful relationships that will influence others to have strong and meaningful relationships.

And since I’m currently not accepting new patients, I’ve gathered this amazing team to help you, your family, kids, or relationships make sense of it all.

Marti leads the business strategy for the entire company and is also on the road with Dr. Jody frequently. She loves seeing the faces of the people in Jody’s crowd, and the powerful impact made. Marti makes us all dream big; no goal is too high when you work here!
