Meet the Team

Marti Piller

Chief of Operations (she/her)

Marti was Dr. Jody’s first employee in 2016 and she is the glue that keeps us all together, the magic behind the brand. She started her career working for the Alberta Securities Commission in their investigations department before taking an eight-year hiatus to stay home with her three babies. Marti has a diploma in Business Administration and Human Resources.

Marti leads the business strategy for the entire company and is also on the road with Dr. Jody frequently. She loves seeing the faces of the people in Jody’s crowd, and the powerful impact made. Marti makes us all dream big; no goal is too high when you work here!

Dale Rosehill

Head of Events & Experiences, (she/her)

Dale is the brilliant force behind Dr. Jody’s events and joined the team in 2019. Dale worked for Earls Restaurants for 15 years as a General Manager and Regional Trainer and has an affinity for creating unforgettable customer experiences. Dale also manages Dr. Jody’s charitable program and spends a lot of her spare time volunteering and finding ways to give back to the community. On the weekends you can find her at the hockey rink watching her kids skate, and her husband coach!

Tenniel Bacon

Clinical Office Manager (she/her)

Tenniel joined the team in 2022 and keeps the clinicians (and the rest of Team Jody) organized and aligned. She is a support ninja – there with helping hands before you even knew you needed her.

Tenniel has 15 years of business administration and operations experience in both public and private sectors. She has a background in franchise ownership and opened two schools during the course of her career. Tenniel is happy Mom of three girls and has been married to her love for 20 years. In her spare time, she kicks it with friends, watches her kids' sporting events, and spends time in the great outdoors.

Kaitlyn Beneteau

Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist (she/her)

Kaitlyn is Dr. Jody’s Social Media Coordinator and has been with the company since June 2020. Before Kaitlyn began her work with Jody, she worked as a Digital Communications Coordinator for a small public relations agency and a marketing assistant in the non-profit sector. Kaitlyn has recently graduated with Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a major in Public Relations from Mount Royal University in Calgary. Kaitlyn loves to find new restaurants and coffee shops in Calgary on the weekends as well as enjoy spending her time outdoors.

Stacey Rosehill

Head of Product & Content, (she/her)

Stacey joined Dr. Jody in 2019 after a career in the corporate communications world. Over the past 10 years, she’s worked in progressive marketing roles and has a passion for writing impactful copy and delivering creative products and ideas. Stacey has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and when she’s not coming up with brilliant merch ideas (like mousepads), you can find her chasing around her kids or sipping sangria.

Eileen McCord

Digital Marketing Manager, (she/her)

Eileen joined the team in a part-time role at the end of 2019 as a Social Media Coordinator and six-months later stepped into the full-time position of Digital Marketing Manager. Although having never formally worked in marketing, Eileen's multi-faceted experience in public relations, video production, and stakeholder engagement lent itself to the new and exciting opportunity. Eileen is passionate about visual storytelling (making fun reels!) and loves exploring the great outdoors.

Aaron Grant

Director of Finance, (he/him)

Aaron is the Director of Finance, and Dr. Jody Carrington's better half. He is also known as "a tall drink of water", and Jody's personal husband. Aaron's role is integral to the company as he oversees financial and accounting processes among other things. If you haven't heard, he is excellent with spreadsheets.

Aaron holds a Masters in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, as well as a Ph.D. in Ruminant Nutrition, from Michigan State University. Previous to his current role, he worked for 15 years as a Feedyard Consultant for Nutrition Services Associates, where he helped his clients to develop and administer managerial and benchmarking programs with the goal to gain financial success.

When Aaron is not busy keeping the team on the straight and narrow, he can be found at the hockey rink with his three kids or at the kitchen table playing crib with his wife.

Dr. Jody Carrington

Chief Executive Officer, (she/her)

Dr. Jody is a psychologist, best-selling author, and public speaker with an affinity for helping teams and organizations overcome their most complex, human-centred problems. Her glowing energy and incomparable ability to connect with audiences result in compelling keynotes and life-changing workshops.

The message is simple: we are wired to do the hard things, but we are so much braver together.

Jody speaks passionately (and humourously) about resilience, burnout, mental health, leadership, grief and trauma– and how reconnection is the answer to so many of the root problems we face.
