We are a small, high performing group with a dynamic set of goals. We work hard, laugh hard and we’re revolutionizing reconnection in a disconnected world.
Our team
Our values
- Show up passionately authentic
- Excavate the unsaid
- Inspire revolutionary change
- Embody an inclusive community of connection
- Lead with kindness, but don’t mistake it for weakness
These values are the heart of our business. We’re wired for connection, and together we will go great things. We can’t wait to meet you.

Meet the Team
Marti leads the business strategy for the entire company and is also on the road with Dr. Jody frequently. She loves seeing the faces of the people in Jody’s crowd, and the powerful impact made. Marti makes us all dream big; no goal is too high when you work here!
Tara has a strong background in public service, with many years in banking, the travel industry, and with managing a dayhome. She loves working at Carrington & Co. because of the high energy, inspiration, and support. Tara is a force – she gives more than anyone, and shows up as her authentic self every day, in all ways.
Aaron holds a Masters in Animal Science from Texas A&M University, as well as a Ph.D. in Ruminant Nutrition, from Michigan State University. Previous to his current role, he worked for 15 years as a Feedyard Consultant for Nutrition Services Associates, where he helped his clients to develop and administer managerial and benchmarking programs with the goal to gain financial success.
When Aaron is not busy keeping the team on the straight and narrow, he can be found at the hockey rink with his three kids or at the kitchen table playing crib with his wife.
When not building relationships, Tamara is busy building muscles in the gym. She is a powerlifter and a fitness instructor who loves teaching other women about weight training. Tamara is also a wife and a mom to two girls. She loves working here because she knows when she joined the team, she was getting much more than a job.
The message is simple: we are wired to do the hard things, but we are so much braver together.
Jody speaks passionately (and humourously) about resilience, burnout, mental health, leadership, grief and trauma– and how reconnection is the answer to so many of the root problems we face.
